About Me
My love of hand-stitched leatherwork began in 2008 as I searched high and low for a well made English leather show bridle for my Sheltland pony. I wanted one that would fit correctly but that would also last more than one show season!
I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I decided my best option was to learn how to make them myself. I studied with a master saddler to learn how to recognise and select only the best quality leather and fittings. Mastering the techniques needed to produce excellent quality bridle work I was then able to transfer these skills to other areas and produce luxury hand stitched products that combine beauty and longevity.

In 2011 I spent time studying at the Saddlery Training Centre in Salisbury where I Learnt to to make riding saddles and driving harness. Wanting to improve my skills further I sought the help and guidance of a Master Harness Maker in Lancashire where I learnt to fine to the skills. This enabled me to produce even more of a luxury finish to my designs. During this time I entered The Society of Master Saddlers competition as an apprentice harness maker and won the Tony Byrne Memorial Trophy for the best apprentice.

I love working with leather, the feeling you get when you create a new product that you know will last for years is truly amazing. Making each product entirely by hand without the use of sewing machines or any other machinery makes the whole process even more special.
When you buy one of my designs I want you to be as thrilled with it as I am. To be able to cherish it everyday and watch how with care and attention it grows ever more beautiful with the patina of time.
